Pill Mode Support
Help, troubleshooting, and how to reach us.
Pill Mode is a reminder tool, not a medical service. It does not give medical advice and should never be relied on alone for critical medication, or used in an emergency. Always follow your doctor or pharmacist.
Common questions
My reminders aren't arriving
Reminders depend on system permissions. Check the following:
- Notifications are allowed for Pill Mode in your device settings.
- On Android, allow "Alarms & reminders" so exact alarms can fire, and exclude Pill Mode from battery optimisation or power saving.
- On iOS, make sure Focus modes or Scheduled Summary are not silencing the app.
- Keep the app installed and signed in — reminders are rescheduled after a restart.
How do I add a medication?
Open the app, tap add, then enter the medication name, dose, and the times you need to take it. You can set daily or repeating schedules, and mark each dose as taken or skipped.
Can I manage medication for family members?
Yes. You can add family member profiles, each with their own medications and schedules, and optionally store doctor contact details.
How do I remove ads?
The free version is ad supported. An optional in-app purchase removes advertising. Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
- iOS: Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
- Android: Google Play › Menu › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email us from the address linked to your account and we will delete your account along with your medications, profiles, and photos. We action deletion requests within 30 days.
I signed in with Apple and hid my email
That is fine — the app works normally. If you contact us for support, mention the name on the account so we can find it, since we only see Apple's private relay address.
